Fine Fisted Douche Brunch

Oh fuck, I hope this is true.

If Five Finger Death Punch were to break the fuck up before my site is set to expire on May 11, it would soften the blow of that fucking failed crowdfunding campaign a bit.

I’d feel as though I could leave the web, safer than I found it.

So, last night in Memphis, a seemingly intoxicated Ivan Moody apparently quit the Five Finger Blasted Bunch, on stage.

Video of him thanking Zoltan Bathory “for everything he gave me” followed by him walking off the stage and chucking his microphone follows at the end of this post.

Fuck, I hope this band goes away.

I hope this is the end.

The fans at the Beale Street Music Festival reacted with “Asshole” shouts and screams of “What the fuck?”

I could watch the clip again and again.

Here it is:

And here’s another one, where Moody stays on stage, performing by himself because “my entire band left me” and then heads into the crowd to shoot selfies with fans:

Additionally, Brian Hatchett, who was at the show, told The New Fury web site:

“Ivan held up Jeremy [Spencer]’s book and asked the fans if they had this FFDP book. Then, still mic’d seemingly unknowingly, said, ‘That I had nothing to do with,’ directed at Jeremy. Jeremy then threw his sticks and walked off stage, and the band shortly followed. Ivan talked for a minute, threw his mic, and marched off. A few minutes later, Ivan came back, rambled and talked to the fans, and attempted to play around on Jeremy’s drumkit, trying to lead a song rather weakly. Jeremy and the rest of the band came back and played a song while sounding completely out of step with each other, while Ivan stayed really close to Jeremy, seeming to talk shit to him. Everyone left again, Ivan threw the mic again. This routine repeated a couple more times until they just ran out of stage time and walked off stage, not to return.”

RAD!

I love this.
